This podcast is excellent. The length is always informative but she doesn't drag the podcasts out. Amanda shares great tips and advice and her energy shines through in all she does; this podcast is no exception. Amanda is an incredible educator! She was my pelvic floor therapist postpartum; not only did she help me get back to my active lifestyle but she provided constant education during the process. I recommend her podcast and practice to every pregnant friend!

As someone who is planning and trying for her first pregnancy. I did not know how much I needed this podcast till my friend sent it to me.
