    This podcast is excellent. The length is always informative but she doesn't drag the podcasts out. Amanda shares great tips and advice and her energy shines through in all she does; this podcast is no exception.     As someone who is planning and trying for her first pregnancy. I did not know how much I needed this podcast till my friend sent it to me.     Follow the podcast, and follow the IG account- you won’t be disappointed. I’m a busy mom of three who works full time but after back to back babies my pelvic floor has been a mess.
