I came across this podcast very recently as I’m going through a hard time at work having raised a grievance for discrimination. It’s a shame I didn’t find it sooner for my case! I already spent a lot of money on poor and contradictory advice. The advice given here is clear, to the point and one can tell that Dr Asher Sefanit-Wudasee has your back! I couldn’t recommend this podcast enough. The only downside is that I didn’t find it sooner! Most podcasts are aimed for an employer whereas the focus here is the employee. The wealth of information is vast and there is a Facebook page too that gives links to availing of their services. I don’t know how I’ve managed without it and am so glad to have discovered it!
This cast is like nothing I have ever heard before concerning employment rights.
The weekly advice and information is like a trusted and informed friend at your side guiding and directing me and helping me navigate all the challenges of the workplace and my employment rights I have to help me overcome issues.
Fantastic!
Thank you
Love this podcast. It is like having a close friend guiding you calmly through issues that you might have at work. I look forward to upcoming episodes. Thank you Dr Asher Sefanit-Wudasee.
