Shamps is always talking over people, about how he opened up the brewery in CV when no one believed in him, how he was unhappy working in the bank and how CV is a sleeping giant. It’s the same story every time, I still listen for BJ and Cece their the most entertaining part of the show, I can see why glasses stop doing the show.

A locally rooted, culture-forward show that blends community, food, music, sports, and entrepreneurship with candid storytelling. Episodes frequently center on grassroots movements, small business journeys, and neighborhood pride, weaving in behind-the-scenes looks at events, brand partnerships, and local collaborations. The vibe mixes humor, authenticity, and a strong sense of belonging, making it appealing to listeners who enjoy relatable personalities, city-specific culture, and practical takeaways for budding guests or sponsors. A standout throughline is the emphasis on community uplift—whether through food, sport, or civic projects—and a knack for spotlighting diverse local voices with personality and heart.
