  • Cliche

Ill be frank. I stumbled upon this podcast organically and it was interestfor start with and I gave it more time than I probably should have before it became very clear that Lori Beth loves to hear herself talk (I’m assuming that why she has a podcast) and it’s full of cliche talking points from what I listened to at least. Maybe it’s someone’s cup of tea but, I’ll pass.

  • Actions aligning with values

You are my spirit animal! I talk about this all the time… it’s so empowering to live in that truth. You’re right it can get complicated to wade through that especially when it comes to versus culture. I’m feeling a lot of that right now in today’s social and cultural landscape… so tough. Anyhoo… I could go on and on. I’m looking forward to being a guest on your show and love your podcast! See you soon!
