I am currently going through a breakup where I was broken up with. I quickly realized that I was an anxious attachment style and he was an avoidant. Desperate for answers on how I can heal properly so this doesn’t continue to happen, I stumbled on this podcast. I’ve only listened to 5 episodes so far, but every single one of them I can relate to. I feel not alone and seen, I already see ways I can work on myself and don’t have to lower my standards like I was.
