芯片设计本质上是一个"预测问题"：给定一个电路结构，在它被制造出来之前，预测它的行为。
验证的成本，占到了整个设计预算的50%以上。仿真慢，测试向量多，首次硅片成功率在下降。这是EDA行业几十年来一直在应对的问题。
