  • Favorite Podcast! Rigorous Honesty

*Update: I discovered Dwell Differently after they had created several years worth of podcast episodes. I recently completed listening through the full catalog. I cannot recommend this show more highly. It is my favorite Christian podcast to point believers to when they want to be encouraged, challenged, and spurred on to greater righteousness.* I think there is a lot of wonderful Christian content available to us. Much of it also focuses on God’s word. But, this podcast is so rigorously honest.... more

  • Lovely, encouraging, solid, and fun

I have never listened to a podcast before this one, and I love this one so much! I went back to the very beginning and I’m listening from there. I listen as I’m getting ready in the morning, when I have a few minutes in the car, and other small pockets in of time in my day.

They are so fun and encouraging. And I am learning so much! I have a seminary degree, but digging into one verse and asking questions about it, and thinking about it and dwelling on it is a new way for me to study scripture... more

The Blessing in Our Failures // Abbey Wedgeworth

She wanted to give honest, gospel-centered help to women wrestling with guilt and fear, showing that transformation comes from God's work in weakness rather than from perfect parenting.
Identify and Resist False Gospels // Elizabeth Woodson

Elizabeth describes a season of grief and a realization that achievement and worldly success cannot provide the peace and healing only Christ offers, which spurred her to examine how culture shapes our desires and how gospel-centered practices can resist those pulls.
Identify and Resist False Gospels // Elizabeth Woodson
Q: What is a false gospel and how does it differ from the true gospel?
A false gospel offers a solution to life's problems that doesn't center on Christ, promising peace, identity, or flourishing through means other than Jesus, which ultimately fails to deliver true wholeness.
