Highly recommend for the content, encouragement, and fun laughs. Listening to this podcast is like eating too much caramel cheesecake. It’s uplifting in small doses. I would listen more often because I appreciate that Lisa and Allie go deeper.
For the sweet baby Jesus love of God, Lisa STOP interrupting EVERYONE (especially Allie)! You undermine her expertise, it’s rude, and difficult to listen to your podcast (like sports announcers or politicians). I earned my Ph.D. a year ago. Congrats on ... more
I just want to say this podcast blesses me so much. Listening to part 5 of the mountains and valleys podcast has me in tears at my work desk. I can so relate to Lisa in the fact that it’s easy up to a point to hide the tears and not face what needs to be faced. It makes me feel like I’m not alone. I’m so grateful ❤️
This is such a refreshing podcast and I learn so much! I listen to this with earbuds of course while I work in the produce dept in my local grocery store cutting fruit and vegetable trays and bowls. I feel like I’m sitting right there with yall on the porch. Helps me while I cut all this watermelon!
There are no flies on Lisa, she speaks from the heart and her passion for Jesus is contagious! I found out about back porch theology when I was doing a Bible study of Lisa’s on psalms and the rest of history. I started from the beginning and haven’t turned back. Where it’s at! Thank you, Lisa for sharing your knowledge and wisdom all while making theology more interesting and fun to learn.
I was very excited to try this podcast but I could not make it through one episode- the constant noises of affirmation and constant interruptions were so distracting- it’s unfortunate because the women seem so knowledgeable but it just doesn’t work on this platform.
