Some absolutely fantastic guest and Gaz is equally brilliant as a host and knows when to bring in his own experiences. more
I have listened to the podcast for some time & I feel they have helped me develop massively over the years. All of the guests have achieved a lot in their lives & it is always very inspiring. In addition to this, the questions which are asked by Garry enable you to learn a lot about the way in which they think & the habits they have built over the years. One of my favourite podcasts & it has genuinely helped me to grow as a person. Keep up the great work!
Insightful & humble, the podcast/Gaz is unassuming. Golden nuggets of wisdom and practical tips on being present and mastering the barriers we subconsciously place between ourselves and where we want to be.
Every episode is pure Gold more
Have been an avid listener since episode 1 with Nims Purja, nuggets in every episode. The last two with Ben Ryan as interviewee & interviewer of Gaz are certainly top 10! Re books try “Legacy” by Kerr, (story of how the All Blacks went from chokers to double World Cup winners) is an easy but great read. more
