DumTeeDum is an intelligent and witty conversation among Archers fans, moderated by the lovely Stephen and Jacqueline and a variety of guest hosts. Folks call and write in from all over the world to weigh in on the goings-on in Ambridge, and the discussion continues on a companion facebook group. Something to look forward to everyone week!
The perfect condiment to a main course of Archers. Thank you
Been listening for a few years over several changes of host. I now really only listen to the callerin’er’ers as I enjoy hearing the regulars interesting and often funny opinions. I feel the rest of the podcast needs a refresh - the presenters chat at the start is the same each week, the Facebook round up and tweets fall flat when taken out of context - I’d remove all of those features and make the podcast shorter
The original Archers fan podcast, parent of others, and still the best. I’ve been listening and contributing to it for over ten years, and I love listening to every moment. Erudite Stephen and quick witted Jacqueline are your hosts for an hour of review and accurate analysis of the weekly goings on in Ambridge, sharing theories and predictions with a loyal and friendly community of listeners and contributors via recording, Facebook, and Bluesky. A highlight of my week!
When BBC sounds shut down abroad I found this. I liked the tuneful title and listening to the content was like a piece of home. I like the community of people all imaging life in Ambridge. The super fans add some background context and the everyday caller-inners share their opinions on the highs and lows of the plotlines and character preferences and peeves. A welcome supplement to the daily 10 min escape. :) -Jasmin CA
