In Dumb Kids, they play a game of the GM's making, a Forged in the Dark hack inspired by the late-90s children's book series, Animorphs. The characters are intriguing, the players are funny, and somehow, even though it is an AU and none of the players know anything about Animorphs, they all manage to capture the *feeling* of it.
