If you've ever assumed sobriety would turn you into a calm, well-adjusted person who makes good decisions and drinks green juice while journaling at sunrise, Sara Christine Berelsman would like a word. We talk about drinking, bipolar disorder, shame,... more
Tanya J is back for Part Two, and I would strongly suggest listening to Part One first unless you enjoy walking into the emotional equivalent of a movie halfway through and asking, “Wait, why is everyone crying?” Tanya’s story goes from sober parties... more

Loved everything Rose Pricks, so wanted to take a peek and it turns out, this is the best of all my sobriety podcasts; including The Naked Mind. I just love all your takes, Steph. Whoop!
I absolutely love that Stefanie writes and speaks the same way - unfiltered, witty, what we’re all thinking, but won’t allow ourselves to admit. She’s insightful, thorough, but most importantly, relatable. I’ve never made it through an episode without laughing outloud and always feel better after listening ❤️ Also, the theme song makes me happy!
Stefanie is a great storyteller and so are the guests.
The sobriety space needs a little humor! I love the natural flow and comfort Stefanie has with her guests. You know it’s a good podcast when you just feel like you’re listening in on a great conversation. The lighthearted approach is makes me feel optimistic about sobriety. I love how Stefanie has so many years of sobriety and is still so passionate about it to spend the time to do this podcast. Thank you!
Especially love this week’s chat with Anna. I used to listen to her podcast back in the day when I was newly sober. Stefanie is a great interviewer and a good person! I relate to so much. Keep up the amazing work!
