This podcast is what my nervous system needs, today and every day. I miss the tv show so much, but this podcast helps fill the void.
It’s hit or miss as to whether it will actually help me sleep, but it’s so interesting and calming to hear. I have insomnia, so there isn’t much that I can do to guarantee sleep but this has helped more than a LOT of other things I’ve tried. Worth a listen, even if you’re not trying to fall asleep.
