Thank you so much for this brilliant podcast. I’ve found a little home in you! I didn’t realise that all the things I am doing and learning about still are Ancestral Skills. But made absolute sense once I heard about the range of things that fall into that broad and important way of being. I love learning about ritual too. And practicing ritual!

The concepts and focus of this podcast are great. But admittedly, the moans and breathing sounds become repetitive and predictable to the point I am focusing more on the sounds being made by the host than I am on the subjects.
