I was just searching for a podcast covering mental health and I came across you!!! I’m so excited to listen and what’s to come. I hope you’ll consider talking about adult childhood trauma. I catch myself saying all time “is it just me an i wrong for feeling this way”. How to cope with severe depression on our own, and teaching us ways to let go without regret. You are so helpful and i can’t wait to hear more from you.
