I am so happy to have found this podcast! These girls are incredibly funny, I am laughing and crying along on my drives!
I love to listen to your interesting and intelligent thoughts and views - combined with your lovely voices. Looking forward to listen to many more episodes.
These two have me wishing everyday was Tuesday just so I can listen to their podcast. I love their friendship, their honesty, their topics and their passion. They give different viewpoints on certain controversial issues but remain respectful to one another and the topic being discussed. Basically what I am trying to say is...DON’T MISS OUT AND DON’T TELL BABA!!!!
I for one could listen to these two read the phone book.
They’re both extremely inclusive and non-judgmental for all listeners. Even for a person like me who has never been to or doesn’t know a lot about Middle Eastern culture. They balance this all out with their truly unique brand that makes me want to listen every week.
Thanks so much for making such a great podcast!
As a woman of Arabic (Iraqi) background growing up in the west (Sweden, and then UK) this is the content I need more of in my life. Hearing how others went through the same struggles but manage to make light of them and make me crack up (in public, cheers) is exactly how I used to process my #arabproblems with cousins and family friends. Noor and Shereen are a DELIGHT to listen to and I can’t wait for many, many more episodes to come!
This podcast is a great way to gain a deeper understanding of what life was like growing up in the UAE. You can tell your hosts have worked hard to make sure every listener (whether you grew up in the UAE or not!) has an understanding of the culture, society, and their upbringing. I promise you will never be bored!
