基本的な生活習慣である、食、運動、睡眠をメンテナンスし直しています。最近は、家の近くの自然の中で散歩してリラックスする時間を取るようにしています。
春分の日を迎え、ドイツでも気温が暖かくなり桜も咲き始めています。そんな節目の日に、自然とつながる感覚を保つためにしていることや、未来逆算思考と現実積み上げ思考について、娘が幼稚園で体験型ガーデニングに参加していることなどをについてお話ししています。
今回もじゅじゅさんとのコラボで、テーマは人間と自然の関係についてではなく、長年海外で暮らしている私たちが感じるちょっとしたカルチャーショックについてお話ししています。今回は、2ヶ月ほど前に録音した「お正月の過ごし方」についてです。
