    As a serious procrastinator and a psychologist, I really enjoyed this podcast. It provides dozens of practical tips from behavioural science research, cognitive behavioural therapy, and the podcaster’s own experience with his clients, colleagues, friends, etc. And now I’m off to identify the hurdles to writing an overdue report, generate some motivational self talk, break the task down into doable parts, and cross the getting started threshold, which in this case pretty much guarantees that I’ll... more
