Great content to create and help grow a fan base.
As someone who transitioned into the financial world looking for meaningful work and a healthy work/life balance, the DBDL podcast has provided a lot of fantastic insight. No matter the guest or topic, I find myself learning unlocking something new each episode. I am grateful for having found this podcast, and to be a part of the Triad community that Brad has helped create. It truly is a special “pack”.
Just found this podcast and I’ve already listened to a bunch of episodes. Arthur Brooks’ interview (#57) is incredible. I listened to it twice. Ann Hiatt’s episode (#46) was excellent. She’s amazing. And of course Brad Johnson the host is what makes it all work. His style reminds me of Tim Ferris: thoughtful, curious, and natural.
In world with a lot of information available to sort through, this podcast provides information that is available to use immediately.
An absolute must-listen for financial advisors eager to transform their practices with real, actionable insights. Brad and his guests masterfully blends stories with leadership strategies. I particularly enjoyed episode 55 where the discussion arose around scaling with less effort and aligning your team with your vision.
