This podcast (and DJ) delivers on the title: it really does make you move!! Each episode has me wanting to dance. It's great to turn on for parties, doing house- or yardwork, and working out. One word of caution: be careful driving to it. You might find yourself keeping up with the BPM and not the MPH.
