I love Ruth! She knows what she’s talking about and her program works! It’s so easy to make it part of your life style and it’s about progress, not perfection. Great summary of how to reduce sugar intake and become a healthier person. Ruth is incredibly inspiring and knowledgeable.
Ruth needs to get a better microphone or else hold it further away from her face because it sounds very loud and distorted and it makes it impossible to listen to. Listen back to your podcasts the sound sounds like it's being blasted out of an old speaker.
The quality of the audio is a challenge with this pod. It is crackly, volume is so up & down. I want to listen but it is rough.
This podcast pulls back the curtain on so many aspects of our health that no one ever taught us in an easy to understand, relatable way. When it comes to health and weight loss, if you’ve tried everything and failed or the things you’ve tried over and over again don’t work anymore, or never really stuck, Ruth shares her knowledge of the things that actually do. A must listen if you’re midlife and finally ready to do what really works.
