So reading the reviews about her not being perfect is HILARIOUS. Eating this way gives you more metabolic flexibility to be able to go out once in a while. The science is real and eating this way will fix so much in your life. The key is the mindset piece which Ruth does so well. I also love how she brings in other experts because there’s... more

  • The sound is hard to listen to

Ruth needs to get a better microphone or else hold it further away from her face because it sounds very loud and distorted and it makes it impossible to listen to. Listen back to your podcasts the sound sounds like it's being blasted out of an old speaker.

  • Midlife wellness education at its best

This podcast pulls back the curtain on so many aspects of our health that no one ever taught us in an easy to understand, relatable way. When it comes to health and weight loss, if you’ve tried everything and failed or the things you’ve tried over and over again don’t work anymore, or never really stuck, Ruth shares her knowledge of the things that actually do. A must listen if you’re midlife and finally ready to do what really works.
