  • Awesome Host, Guest, and Topics

I have to tip my cap to the host who brings great energy to every episode and truly seems like she loves engaging with her guests and that reflects in the quality of conversations. So cool to learn about AI and how different people are approaching it, especially those brothers looking to make sure communities of color aren’t left behind amid the AI transformation

  • An assignment I enjoyed

My professor assigned a few podcast episodes for our class and asked us to present back what we found. This was by far the best one of the bunch as the conversation was natural. I don't know exactly how I am going to use my degree in the "real world" but this gave me an idea of how professionals are thinking about improving their work.

    Great interview style.

  • Inspirational/Aspirational

In some ways I think it is meant to showcase what other digital transformational leaders are doing, but in some ways I think I'm just getting access to people I wouldn't otherwise hear from.

  • Friends don't let friends figure this out by themselves.

A friend of mine suggested this podcast when I was trying to understand what my boss was saying when they said my job needed to be more focused on "digital transformation." Honestly, I think people throw this phrase around a lot, but this podcast helped me get a grip on what they were referring to in a more meaningful way. I've listed to several episodes and the different interviews are so varied that I think I get a better sense of how to find my own way forward without just doing something tot... more

The B2B Sales Process on LinkedIn with Bonus Tips and Tricks
Q: What are some go-to what you would consider tips or tricks that you use on LinkedIn?
Focus on being different and human: avoid robotic automation, use video where possible, engage thoughtfully, and use small, memorable tactics like tagging and image-enhanced comments to stand out. Also emphasize building trust through a clear niche, consistent posting, and answering audience questions with content that lives on your profile and elsewhere.
Redefining Market Research with AI for Tech Companies
Q: How do AI and human insight work together in Radius's research process?
AI handles large-scale analysis, coding, and probing open-ended responses, but human moderators and strategic thinkers guide interpretation and ensure the insights stay aligned with business questions.
Redefining Market Research with AI for Tech Companies
Q: What is Radius IQ and how does it change the way you approach a brand tracking study?
Radius IQ adds an AI layer to quantitative surveys to probe open-end responses, ladder emotions and actions behind the decisions, enabling deeper insights without abandoning the structured format of quant data.
Brand Positioning for the B2B Customer Journey in Tech
Q: Can you share examples of how some companies have done this well or poorly, especially in tech?
Well, there are three common missteps: parity positioning, trying to win on attributes where competitors already lead, and kitchen sink positioning that tries to cover everything, which dilutes the message and reduces impact. Strong examples include Ontic versus Resolver and Stripe versus Audion, where clear, unique claims redefined their categories.
Brand Positioning for the B2B Customer Journey in Tech
Q: So Tracy, explain to me what this emergent positioning is and why you feel it is a trap for tech brands specifically.
Emergent positioning happens when brands rely on market associations formed by customers and external signals rather than engineering a deliberate, competitive advantage; it can lead to a lack of control over the brand's narrative and weaker differentiation in crowded tech markets.
