  • Editing

This is a super interesting podcast but I can’t listen to it because they have edited all the “white space” out. The editors have removed all pauses and breaths to the point where the conversation doesn’t sound natural and in fact feels disorienting. Please just record the conversation and let us listen to it!

How the Netherlands' Largest Contractors Are Tackling Industry Challenges Together
Q: How is the NL5 operating model structured to balance deep-dive work and broad input?
There is a core group that makes decisions, plus a larger group that meets bi-monthly to review progress. For each topic, five representatives (one from each company) perform deep dives to ensure concrete outcomes rather than discussions, balancing leadership with broad participation.

Why the Best AI Initiatives Start With Problems, Not Technology
Q: How do you decide when to use off-the-shelf products versus building something internally?
The team starts with the challenge, evaluates off-the-shelf options for integration potential and cost, and only builds internally if necessary for client-specific requirements or unique workflow needs.
Why the Best AI Initiatives Start With Problems, Not Technology
Q: What are those conversations like when you're out in the field? Are people excited about what you're bringing to the table? Are they skeptics?
Most people are open to new tools when they see the practical benefits, and listening to challenges helps tailor demonstrations to real needs, making engineers and office staff more willing to adopt changes.
