    Wow I could go on all day about my love for this podcast. Emily and Lauren are both super funny, thoughtful, and have great chemistry. I especially love all of Emily’s takes and tend to agree with her about most things, but I also love hearing from Lauren and appreciate hearing the perspective of a plus size woman on different parts of wellness.
