So grateful for this very informative conversation. I am so excited and grateful.
Great first episode. The topic of Kindness and Compassion has been my guiding practice since I read it as a teaching from HHDL. Diving into it deeply is a great starting point. I’m looking forward to this podcast to help me in my practice.
