  • Excellent way to tie science into why meditation can be so transformative!

    Meditation has truly changed my life. I have read books, articles, youtube videos, etc. as to why meditation works. Wish someone had taught me this stuff 40 years ago. This show really ties it all together as to why it is really can change your life by getting a handle on afflictive emotions and ultimately become a kinder and more beneficial person. It does so a in a clear easy to comprehend manner. I certainly intend to share this with others. Keep up the great work guys!
