  • Negative spin

The topics are solid and the insight shows depth of knowledge, but it’s always negative. Every episode is full of what everyone is doing wrong and why what they’re doing is hurting trail running. If you want to know what’s causing the downfall of trail running, this podcast is for you. Hint: It’s everything. No one is doing anything right.
