Destiny and Chicken: A Merlin Podcast

Ruth and Michelle are a delight! I too started watching Merlin because I love Anthony Head, medieval times, magic and of course a dragon. This podcast gives good insights into the show. The hosts are funny! I highly enjoyed their accents and British phrases. I know follow them on their other podcast Thinky Thoughts. All the best.

I watch all seasons of Merlin and my sister was the one that introduced me to it. never cried on the last two episodes of my own because when the arsenal died, it was so sad. this podcast was really lovable by me and my sister and I wish there were more episodes.

Ruth and Michelle have such a lovely friendship that dances all throughout the podcast. They have made me laugh so hard many times with their acknowledgement of the silliness and the pure magic of Merlin. And I too was impressed that Michele did not propose to Bradley James. I’m not sure I would have had the same restraint. I love him too.

My cousin introduced me to both BBC Merlin and this podcast and I fell in love!! This podcast is AMAZING and I love the critical analysis of each episode. It brings in a fresh perspective and clears up questions and thoughts I have had, and is a good podcast to listen to for first time listeners of BBC Merlin. Definitely one of my favorite podcasts and I am totally recommending and preaching the word to everyone I know! <3

I've been listening to Destiny and Chicken since the start of season 2, and it has brought me so much joy. As an American, the accents are so endearing. As a Merlin fan, the dissection and discussion is thorough and entertaining and a lovely nostalgic walk. I love that they are true fan fiction fans- I relate to so much of those discussions!

Ruth and Michelle are phenomenal- they put their hearts, souls, and heads into making this a delightful podcast for old and new Merlin fans alike. I’m ashamed that I just watched this beautiful series. Binged watched for 2 weeks and can’t stop watching my #Arwen best of Arthur and Guinevere. I’m planning a MeetUp in 2021 if the pandemic thing is over ! In NYC!! Black Girls Rocking With Merlin! So Wish I could get Bradley James to attend!! Expenses paid of course.
