We explore outside of the city limits, too, from down the Jersey shore to Pennsylvania Dutch country and e... more

Beyond being informative and quite relative to the restaurant and food scene in Philly; Eli ,Dave and Marissa seem to have so much fun with one another on the show. It is a very casual laid-back platform and I’m glad it is transcribed because you can take notes and go to all the great places they mentioned. They have really created a great little community.
I am always excited to hear the latest. The interviewers are always on point sharing new things to try. The humor and commentary are genuine.
The sound goes high and low and high again. I am always adjusting my volume to listen. Not sure if that is a podcast issue or the Apple podcast download settings.
How did I just discover this podcast?
Been listening to Chef Radio for a while & somehow missed this!
Anyway LOVE the content even though I don’t live in Philly anymore.
BUT! FYI the volume is weird. It’s like your voices are kinda low (so I crank the volume) but if anyone laughs it’s deafening! Like shockingly loud.
I dunno. Just so u know.
Great show. Only complaint…I’m sorry but please work on audio levels. I listen in car and usually need to put volume at max but then sometimes the volume blasts up. Not everyone has the same mic level. Love the content!
I love this podcast being a lover of all foods from around the world. I’d love to see Marissa check out the Southeast Asian Outside Market at FDR. It’s quite a treat! And bonus! Lots of greenery available for an instant picnic! Just bring a blanket and buy all the food from the market!
