  • The spiritual link that was missing

    I never knew what was holding me back and creating such a daily struggle with weight loss and food choices… until now! It was that I did not have the spiritual motivation - it was all just superficial. Now that I have learned from Beth how important this aspect is, I’ve been able to loose some stubborn weight but more importantly I’m learning how to link my physical life with my spiritual life.
