Aneesh Reddy On Raising $300+ Million, Expanding Into 30+ Countries, And Taking His Company Public By Powering Cloud-Based Customer Loyalty Solutions For Global Enterprise Brands
Q: So how was it like to also take the company public? Because it was oversubscribed 52 times. I mean, that sounds pretty wild. So, so how was that?
It was also a point in time where I felt that, look, we've done 200 million secondaries over the years. I can't keep doing this, right? If you're public, then investors get their own exits and they can sell when they want to, they can do what they want to.
Aneesh Reddy On Raising $300+ Million, Expanding Into 30+ Countries, And Taking His Company Public By Powering Cloud-Based Customer Loyalty Solutions For Global Enterprise Brands
Q: Walk us through how the financing's, you know, happen. And then also that the equity versus secondary, because secondaries now, they're becoming more popular and more out there. But I'm sure that there's a lot of people that are not as informed or as educated, you know, and I think it will be great, you know, to hear from you when it makes sense to take secondary versus not.
We've raised money from some of the best funds globally, right? Sequoia, Norwest, Warbuck Pincus, Avatar, Filter, a bunch of IMAX, Qualcomm, right over the years. It has been a fairly liquid stock.
Pierre Brossollet On Raising Over $250 Million To Harness And Provide Geothermal Energy Solutions And Extract Low-Carbon Lithium
Q: How do you create a connection with different cultures?
You learn to acclimate to different people and traditions, respecting each culture while also gaining diverse perspectives.
Pierre Brossollet On Raising Over $250 Million To Harness And Provide Geothermal Energy Solutions And Extract Low-Carbon Lithium
Q: What does that world look like?
An ideal world would see France and Europe recognizing the energy crisis and moving towards energy independence through geothermal energy development, which could lead to significant advancements and sovereignty in energy production.
Ryan Wang On Raising $71 Million To Provide Companies With An AI-Powered Customer Support Platform That Integrates WFM And AI Agents
Q: What does receiving real value from a VC look like?
It's about day-to-day support such as hiring executives and providing operational insight.
