Nancy you are the best! I love this podcast, i love your voice, the soundscapes, the thoughtfulness and your contribution to the community. I have insomnia and this has actually really helped me a lot. It’s not just for sleeping, the stories are interesting and actually weirdly comforting the way you tell the story with the pauses… but i feel like i have to save it for sleep
