This is my absolute favorite podcast. The stories are well researched and Nancy’s storytelling is excellent.
From the day so found this pod, it’s been life changing. Exactly what I’ve always been looking for. Interesting and creepy but also perfect to fall asleep to. I would gladly pay much more for more episodes… just want to put that out there!

I appreciate no 911 calls & other annoying recordings enough to subscribe. However, a loud cruise ship horn as well as an even louder Italian police siren were such an affront to peaceful drifting to sleep I had to get up and search for something else. The sometimes overly exaggerated, staccato way of speaking is not very soothing. I wish hosts would realize that listeners truly prefer one nice voice, uninterrupted to a conversation with others or added sound effects. I’m hopeful the host contin... more
Stole the tagline and concept from Sword and Scale Nightmares, which is a far better podcast anyway. Also stole the other concept about 100% no recording only talk, with Nightmares' concept is based on.
