这是《得意忘形》的第 67 期节目，也是一期单口的节目。本期节目起源于我最近的一些感慨，感慨我和周边的朋友们大概都来到了一个新的人生阶段，感慨每个人都默默地在经历一些他人无法完全理解的苦难，也感慨身心的健康问题如今已经成为了一种时代注脚。本期节目浅尝辄止地讨论了一些大而无当的问题，包括抑郁的产生，童年的创伤，阴影人格的作祟，以及狭隘的自我认同是如何建构了自我的监狱的——并不试图给出任何立竿见影的解决方案。但如果你愿意，我们可以一起踏上这个与真我重逢的旅程。
