每天早上起床第一件事情就是聽禱告時光，就像上帝給我的恩典與滿滿的祝福。很特別的事情，不知道為什麼很多次的時候，都發現剛好都說到我的心裏中，最需要被祝福、支持的。 有一次孩子們吵架，我也是給他們聽：《換個方式生氣，變成你的福氣》
再不高興也要有智慧，好顯示出我們裡面的尊貴；讓自己重新掌握情緒的主導權，不隨之起舞，才能用最小的損失，換得最大的益處。
【聖經中的祝福】
你的仇敵若餓了，就給他飯吃；若渴了，就給他水喝； 因為，你這樣行就是把炭火堆在他的頭上；耶和華也必賞賜你。（箴言 25:21-22）
【爭的要有價值】
天父，我要禱告求信心，用來墊高自己視野；讓我的心思可以從這場衝突中跳脫出來，不再侷限於人的層次裡，而忘記還有神在掌權。
求祢賜給我智慧，幫助我能清楚表達遭受到的冒犯，並且有力量捍衛自己的尊嚴；同時願意留下餘地給對方，向他證明我的信仰，將申冤的事交給耶和華。
因為我雖然不需要退縮，但需要保持自己在恩典當中；隨時記得自己是尊貴的器皿，是要用來分享祢的慈愛和悔改的道理，應該避免使憤怒產生出心病，白白耽誤祢要領我經歷的福氣。
