當我們開始想為神多做一些事、想要服事祂的時候，心裡都充滿熱情和憧憬。但服事越久，你可能也有過這樣的時候：付出了很多，卻感到不被理解；盡了全力，卻仍被否定。看著熱情被消磨成挫折和孤單，認為只剩自己在扛著這些重擔。所以期待有人可以看見自己的辛苦，然後給自己一句肯定和感激。
在路加福音第十章裡，馬大也帶著這樣的心情。她甘心樂意地接待耶穌、忙進忙出地服事，但當疲憊累積在心裡，只剩下委屈時。她期待耶穌替她說句公道話，請馬利亞來幫忙。但耶穌沒有幫她說話，只有對她說話。

有時候，我們習慣用「忙碌」來證明自己有能力、有辦法解決問題。所以一遇到問題，就急著想辦法、急著找答案，心裡也跟著越來越焦慮不安。
但在耶穌用五餅二魚餵飽五千人的神蹟裡，耶穌在解決他們飢餓問題之前，先叫他們「坐下來」。
「坐下來」代表我們願意選擇安靜，不會因為匆忙想辦法，錯過了神正在做的事。而且當我們越認識神，也越能夠安靜坐著；「坐下來」也代表我們願意安靜在神的同在裡。基督徒需要的不只是獨自靜一靜，而是能夠安靜在神的面前；「坐下來」代表我們選擇信靠祂，因為我們跟隨祂一段時間。而且很多時候，信靠... more

在信仰的旅途裡，我們會參與服事、參與聚會、參與小組，這些事奉都很重要。但會不會我們只做了一堆「事」，卻沒有做到神渴望我們順服的「事」呢？遵行天父的旨意，是神國不變的原則，也是神最期待我們做的服事！每次的「順服」，就是我們與神建立信任關係的方式，也是我們與神更靠近的實際行動。「順服」是百分之百的遵守，這並不會隨時間而改變，也不是按著自己的方便。因為這是一段旅程，我們順服神踏出第一步，然後聖靈就會帶領我們去順服神踏出下一步！
