我們每天睜開眼，都在做選擇。平均一天會做 70 個決定，一年累積下來，就是 25000 個決定。從一個人的選擇，就能看出對方是怎樣的人。而每天的選擇，也正塑造著我們的未來。
但「選擇」有時真的讓人感到焦慮。因為有些錯誤看起來很合理；有些危險看起來很安全；有些試探看起來像是機會。所以我們都怕自己會選錯。
其實最需要留意的，往往就是那些看起來很合理，讓你認為不用求問神的決定。你可能常聽基督徒說：「我對這件事很有平安。」這個「平安」是神送給我們的禮物。祂的平安會守護我們的心，像比賽中的裁判，在不同... more
在你的腦海裡，是不是也常有一些謊言不斷來電？那些聲音一直對我們說：「我不夠好」、「我做不到」、「沒有人會真心愛我。」久而久之，我們就慢慢失去了面對的勇氣。就像聖經裡，非利士巨人哥利亞不停地叫囂，他甚至不用出一兵一卒，就癱瘓了以色列人的士氣，讓他們遲遲不敢出戰。
