  • Exactly what I’d been looking for, and I’m so pleased.

    I’ve owned horses for 20+ years and often had riding breaks for one reason or another. This time it’s been 3 years and I’ve really struggled with motivation, and ultimately confidence, in getting back in the saddle. With help from Lorna’s podcast I’ve been able to break down the obstacles that were (and the ones I thought were!) in the way and I’ve gradually worked my way back, a week at a time, to riding regularly again.   • Music Too Loud

    The content is wonderful; however, thre music at the beginning and end is too loud and goes on a really long time. It’s frustrating trying to hear her over the music. I had to give up. Will check back in a few weeks to see if the problem continues. It’s too bad because I really liked her and the riding plan ideas.
