these small clear ideas are ones i can actually apply! and also the only instruction my trainer has ever agreed with (other than her own🤣)
The content is wonderful; however, thre music at the beginning and end is too loud and goes on a really long time. It’s frustrating trying to hear her over the music. I had to give up. Will check back in a few weeks to see if the problem continues. It’s too bad because I really liked her and the riding plan ideas.
