我想聊冬天，这个让人又爱又恨的季节。在北方长达7个月的漫长冬季里，我们不得不学会和冷空气对抗、和孤单相伴、和自己相处，好在我习惯自娱自乐，也逐渐在冬天变得毛茸茸，伸出不同的感官触角去体味这个季节。让我来体验寒冷、寂静、空旷和孤独，再从中走出来，变得复杂、迷人、馥郁又纯粹。

在冬天里积了灰的身体，到了春天啊就想悄悄掸去灰尘，不由自主的去舒展去绽放，探索春天的最佳方式之一就是运动。在世界充满不确定性的时候，运动让人类有了最小单位的掌控权，它让人感觉到“至少在运动这件事上，我能掌控自己”。我们需要一点一点去摸索、找到对那种身体的掌控感，才能够由身体的秩序带来生活的井然有序。
