I learned a lot from these episodes and now understand it much better. It's a great topic and I plan to listen to other episodes about other cults that I don't quite understand.

Smart show hitting on important topics. Keep it up!

Episodes typically mix first-person narratives with expert analysis on coercive control, human trafficking, and the psychological dynamics of high-control groups, highlighting red flags, exit strategies, and paths to healing. A standout element is the candid, survivor-forward perspective, often complemented by practical guidance and resources for those seeking to understand or leave cults. The format seems geared toward both educating new listeners and supporting survivors, with a global lens on how these dynamics manifest in diverse communities soon after exposure to m... more
