    I got all the way through by skipping at points of frustration over the repetition, and self congratulating surface floating podcast.

    Waste of time and utterly boring.

    Love the tag line —but, content never circles to the bits of ourselves. Lacks depth of any kind.

    Also fails to connect the steps. Totally frustrating bore.
