  • Some questions

It’s clear that Detroit has been a corrupt city forever, and mayor Fitzpatrick was no exception. I wonder however if it was white mayor in his place would he get a sentence of 28 years? And I also wonder how this can discourage any African American person from ever seeking to be involved in seeking a political appointment in city, state or country administration?

  • Fantastic!

Thorough, straight forward, and entertaining. Honestly, exactly what I would want out of a podcast in this genre. The production is great and the episodes are a perfect length.

  • Crimetown Season 1

Just finished season 1 on my way to and from my first visit to Providence. This was one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to. Thoroughly enjoyable. I learned so much about Buddy, the city and its people and it made my experience touring the city so much richer. Thanks to all involved!

  • Crimetown

Season 1 shows the complexity of the former mayor of Providence, Buddy Cianci. The research is excellent. Especially the participants and investigative journalist.
