Q: I just recently found out my 14-year-old has stolen makeup more than once from different stores. I caught her this past weekend, and she said she did it once, but I went through her bedroom and found makeup stashed in a pillow, and I know I didn’t... more
When I was starting my adoption journey, I knew nothing and I didn’t really know how to begin. I came across the wonderful Creating a Family website and started listening to Dawn Davenport’s incredible podcasts. First of all, Dawn Davenport is a national treasure. Found this podcast a few months ago. I LOVE it!!!! So helpful!!
My spouse gave birth to little girl last week after a four-five year fertility journey, culminating with a successful IVF transfer. Thank goodness for modern science, but also, a BIG thank you to the Creating A Family podcast. We discovered it during a time of exhaustion and little hope. We didn’t know what all of our options were. We didn’t know who we should be talking to. The podcast cut through the well-intended yet toxic positivity of our friends and family, and gave us sound, unbiased wis... more
Each case is very individual. It needs to be investigated and treated individually, depending on the situation. Medical examination of the body, analysis, screening, and only then does the conversation go about donation. Now donor materials are transported in the highest degree of safety, you can learn more about this here https://arkcryo.com/shipping-services/ , in the end you don’t even have to worry about their quality.
I want to love this podcast because of the topics but I find there isn’t enough substance in most episodes. The 45-50 minute episodes usually cover helpful info in 10-15 minutes and the rest is repetitive fluff or not helpful. And the conversations are bland otherwise. Good for this program for providing those who need it some important information. I just need something more.
