I love this podcast and have found it very useful and interesting to listen to especially while doing a journal page. I personally do creative journaling, scrapbooking, junk journaling, and every once in a blue moon writing! This podcast really helps with me learning new tips or techniques for my pages. It also helps with explaining my craft to other people! Sincerely,

How to start a mindful creative practice with Ian from @ThePaperSparrow
Q: How have your mindfulness-focused workshops changed your approach to journaling?
The workshops emphasize giving oneself grace and time, using page composition and colors mindfully, and recognizing that the process—more than the finished page—is the mindful activity, with or without words.

Q: What does your journaling routine look like, and do you journal every day?
He describes aiming to journal daily but acknowledging it can be lax; the focus is consistency and grace, starting with decoration and moving to words as time allows, and using journaling as a reflective practice rather than a rigid task.
How to start a sketchbook habit with Katie Moody
Q: What was the process like for your book 'Sketchbook Joy'?
It was quite surprising to be approached by a publisher; I felt confident to share my knowledge and experiences as I had built my audience.

Q: How would you describe what you do and the art that you like to make?
I am primarily a mixed media sketchbook artist. I share a lot of my work online and try to inspire people to be less perfectionistic and embrace the process.
