Covenant Sex is the podcast for couples ready to have those conversations. Hosted by Dr. Anthony Hughes, PhD, LMFT, AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist. Founder of Covenant Sex Therapy in Pleasant Grove and Provo, Utah. Creator of The Desire Lab — guided intimacy e... more

Dr. Hughes gives a lot of great inspiring advice and shifts one’s mental paradigm on what sex really is and how its applies to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Thank you Dr. Hughes!
This looks is the one episode that I really wanted to listen to. It is something we struggle with in our marriage. The audio was terrible. I’m surprised n one has said anything. I like the podcast, but there is a lot talking about books and research, and not a lot of useful information on the actual subject. It’s like the subject is introduced and an explanation is given, but there is not a lot of in depth, helpful advice given. That part seems to be glossed over. For those of us who are Latter-... more
I really love all the information on this podcast. I see there aren’t many podcasts per year and that’s fine. Just wondering and hoping that there will be more. I’ve been binge listening and I’ve gotten so much out of it.
This podcast is a must for all Later Day Saint couples, especially those who have recently married or are about to be married. In our religion we only hear the “don’t”s when it comes to sex. This podcast will give you some “do”s. Dr. Hughes talks about this subject in a very respectful and reverent way. Wish I had heard these messages 20 years ago!
Anthony helped my husband and I onto the path of healing when we were attending therapy sessions in the past. I’ve been very grateful for what he taught us, and I’m excited for this podcast as an additional resource to help us on our journey. Thank you Dr Hughes for making a difference!
