Such an interesting sociological investigation that weaves together so many elements and does so with nuance and intrigue.
Gripping listening.
This podcast series covered so many significant aspects of the events, the context, the times, the people and systems at play. Deep respect for the kids, the crèche workers, Peter and his supporters and compassion towards everyone involved.
Tom.
Well done on this series, deeply researched and very well put together. It's a pity the families who still believe that Peter Ellis somehow managed to secretly commit a wide range of crimes in an open and busy daycare centre didn't want to participate. Considering the weakness of the evidence against him it is unsurpising, I'm glad Ellis is finally gettting his due.
Lived next door at the time, walked past the CC building every day, can confirm the accusations as described were not physically or chronologically possible. This godawful travesty is a reminder to everyone that no one is safe from psychosocial hysterics or those who profit from it. Shame on everyone involved in perpetuating this ridiculous case.
