I loved the interviews with Hedy Schleifer. They were so rich and full of depth. Thank you for this incredible content.
Straightforward advice delivered with personality.
This is helpful, thank you.
I do wish you would share a content warning at times. For example, in the episode about Inherited Family Trauma, the guest’s detailed descriptions of “experimenting” on animals has haunted me since I heard it.
This podcast offers hope for healed relationships within ourselves and with others. Each episode offers an opportunity for self-reflection.
Rebecca takes deep, complex and powerful topics and breaks them down in a way that’s easy to digest, understand, and apply into our lives to become better people, individually and in relationships! So good!
I specifically downloaded the Apple Podcast app to listen to Rebecca. I’ve never been interested in podcasts before. I was so delighted with how Rebecca constantly breaks down the larger subject into small sections so that each part can be understood and absorbed. Her voice is utterly perfect for a podcast which makes listening lovely. She also offers examples from her own life and relationships to make situations relatable and understandable. I can’t wait to tune in for more.

Rebecca has a way about her, and it’s clear she has great reverence for her practice. Her questions probe deeply and gently and we are able to get a well rounded body of advice and insight from her interviewees. She has an Earth Mother Elder wisdom about her that feels trustworthy and safe- I am very much looking forward to what’s coming next.
It's tough to put into words the impact that Connectfulness Practice episodes have had on my life personally and professionally. I especially love the episode on Erotic Simmering. There were so many nuggets of wisdom that created a sense of ease, relief and even joy within myself as I listened. I can't wait to share this with my friends + my partner. Thank you Rebecca, please keep the episodes coming!
