I am constantly taken aback by the “feels” I get listening to this unique podcast. The vulnerability that the hosts display resonates with my own and touches me in a way I am not expecting when I push play- like every time. I find myself listening sometimes as I lay in bed waiting to drift off. I am both soothed by Shawn’s voice AND intrigued by the raw and open subject matter. More please!!!
Shawn and Allison are like 2 siblings separated at birth, fun back and forth, obvious respect for one another. Unabashed honesty from both of them, and contemplation for the listener to explore their own minds, souls, and lived pasts, with open minded support from these 2 dynamic characters! I love listening while doing housework, then stopped in my tracks by the intellect and perception of the discussion of 2 highly skilled and seasoned humans! I wait for the next episode….
Allison and Shawn have a way of communicating that makes the listener feel as though they are part of the conversation and being talked to directly. All their messages resonate deeply and lead to much self reflection, really getting at the purpose of the podcast … conjuring the human spirit. I look forward to each new episode as it is a reminder through the daily chaos to pause and take a moment to give your soul some nourishment.
Sean and Allison are skillful and compassionate guides who will support you in realizing your core values. Their transparency allows us to revisit our lives and learn from the past find the gold of who we are and enrich ourselves now and in the future.
I love this show
