    Ryan is a spectacular host and conversational partner. He’s insightful in his questions and kind in the dance between host and guest. For my tastes, this podcast is particularly interesting because I find a great divide between people that think ideas are everything and people that think execution is everything, but at the end of the day, you can learn and accomplish things with execution.
