Perfect plus to my boring workdays.
Been seeing clips of the podcast on the gram for a while, thought it was about time I tapped in for real. So happy I did. The conversations are so smooth and real, makes them really easy to listen to. I love Kayla’s interview style. Highly recommend.
I genuinely tried to give this podcast a fair chance, but after almost a year I still have no idea what this show is supposed to be. Is it pop culture commentary, interviews, personal storytelling, or something else entirely? The concept is never clearly defined, and most episodes feel like scattered thoughts rather than a structured show with a clear direction.

Put this podcast to rest. She’s awful to listen too. Many many better ones out there.
I’ve followed Kayla’s career for years and have always loved her humor, resilience, and eloquence, which is why this has been disappointing. The first few episodes were genuinely strong and the format worked well, but the lack of consistency and absence of engagement with listeners has made it hard to stay invested. It’s difficult to build a community when your audience feels ignored. Because of this, I’m leaving 2 stars. I hope the podcast finds its footing again ❤️
