  • Actionable well beyond aesthetics.

CYOB has genuinely changed how I approach things with doable takeaways in each episode. I've found myself tweaking daily routines, being a bit more mindful with the kiddo, and even rethinking some work stuff—all from just tuning in. It's like those late-night heart-to-hearts we used to have, but with a wider range of topics. If you've got some time, give it a listen. I think you'll get where I'm coming from.

  • Such an influence on the way I have grown as a coach

The curiosity, insight, and humility shown by these guys had lead me to so many wonderful growth moments as a coach. They bring on amazing guests, but their own curiosity and desire to grow is what most impacts me. Thanks guys for the work you put in and the great results that come from it.
