  • Best app I own

    Of all the apps I have on my phone, this one, Balance, it's the one I love the most. I use it daily to work on my mindfulness. Sometimes it's just to relax, or wake up with gentle stretching and often using one of the many sleep options. I love the guided meditations to relieve pain, deal with grief or focus on positivity. Best. App. Ever!! You won't be sorry.

  • Great Short Session Podcast

    I appreciate the topics are concise and include real life scenarios. Since it is direct, there’s no overkill and discussions are narrowed down well. I also appreciate this more since I use the Balance application. Knowing the meditation coaches are two people who are humans like us makes it relatable. This podcast and app is a positive experience for me. Recommend this to anyone 🙏

  • Love the Podcast

    I downloaded the Balance app in May and it has helped me so much with forgiveness meditation as well as so many other meditations. The podcast is a bonus at helping me getting over certain topics that I’m facing difficulty with. Thank you Leah and Ofonso for the both your mediations and your advice on the podcast they really helped me stay grounded and calm❤️

  • Have listened to every episode! Love these guys 🙌🏼

    Just finished the latest one and now have to wait until a new one comes through instead of listening to them back to back!

    I use the Balance app too and breathing techniques and all the meditation tools are amazing! And both of their voices are great. Especially when you get a second to use the nap meditation. I fall into a sleep so quick and the noise that wakes me back up is so peaceful and makes you feel fine with the fact that now you must go and continue the day 😆
