I’ve listened to the first 3 or 4 episodes. While there are some good ideas in here, there are a lot of religious influences that really don’t help. Please advertise that so you don’t waste people’s time.
I am not a fan of the moralistic perspective they are attaching to this. I feel like following their advice may still give some complexes on sex and it's place in our lives.
